Service Description
Radio & Campaign Strategy is a booking for artists and brands who want a real promotion system; not random posts or one-off placements. We build a campaign plan that connects The Signal (CaliVision radio) with credible third-party lanes like Radio Pushers and the Fleet DJ Network, so your release (or brand message) gets structured exposure, repeat touchpoints, and a clear path from awareness to action. You’ll get a strategy built around your goals (airplay, DJ support, audience growth, event traction, or sponsor-ready visibility), plus a rollout map for timing, assets, and messaging. When it fits, we also plug in partner leverage: OpenWav for fan engagement/ownership mechanics, and LookHu for broadcast-ready content pathways; so the campaign isn’t just “radio,” it’s a connected media engine that compounds.
Cancellation Policy
• Booking Confirmation: All services must be booked in advance through our online system. A confirmation email will be sent once your appointment is scheduled. • Rescheduling & Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. • Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the service fee. • No‑Shows: Missed appointments without notice will be charged 50% of the service fee. • Arrival Time: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Sessions that begin late due to client delay may still end at the originally scheduled time. • Refunds: Payments are non‑refundable once processed. If you cancel with proper notice, your payment may be applied as credit toward a future booking. • Company Rights: Cali Productions reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered a reschedule or credit.
