Service Description
Merch Setup (CaliVision x OpenWav x Vive Lyfe) is a hands-on service where CaliVision helps you design a cohesive merch line, align it with your brand, and prepare assets for production. Using OpenWav’s on‑demand merch and global drop‑ship infrastructure, we then set up your digital storefront so fans can buy without you holding inventory.
Cancellation Policy
• Booking Confirmation: All services must be booked in advance through our online system. A confirmation email will be sent once your appointment is scheduled. • Rescheduling & Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. • Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the service fee. • No‑Shows: Missed appointments without notice will be charged 50% of the service fee. • Arrival Time: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Sessions that begin late due to client delay may still end at the originally scheduled time. • Refunds: Payments are non‑refundable once processed. If you cancel with proper notice, your payment may be applied as credit toward a future booking. • Company Rights: Cali Productions reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered a reschedule or credit.
